• Dance Videos

The dance video category allows entry into two categories.

Entrants can either create a dance to one of the 2024 song entries and enter the Dance category, or they can create their own song along with a dance video. In this case, they have the option to enter the song into the relevant song category (Solo, Group, or School) and the dance video into the Dance Video category.

Song entries from last year can be found here: 2024 Entries.

Please contact info@musicnt.com.au if you would like a copy of a song in mp3 format emailed to you.

Dance videos will be judged based on three criteria: Artistry and Expression in Alignment with Biosecurity, Choreography, and Overall Impression.

Judges will refer to the inspiration document or video provided by the entrant and look for a well-defined explanation of how the theme of Caring for Country is interpreted in the dance.

Dance videos are not eligible for the People’s Choice Award.
